Bradley Lake Park toys are finally open:)
We have been waiting for the new toys to open at Bradley Lake and today we went and they were finally open. It has some really cool things there and the great part about the new toys is that it is totally wheelchair accessible. I think that is so cool. We don't have a park like that around here and I think it was a great idea. My kids loved the swing that you use your hands to move yourself up and down on.

Sean decided it was time for Connor to learn how to barbeque. He took to it quite well and now when Sean isn't home I can send Connor out to do it!

Fun with the baby stroller
Brooke loves the kitty and totes her everywhere. She decided she wanted to put her in the baby stroller and push her around. Sadie decided she liked it and actually took a little nap.
I also watched Isaac and Saraya for a little while last week(Kathryn-they were perfect, we had fun and Saraya was an angel!) Cierra and Meaghan had fun using Saraya as their baby.
This was supervised, Don't worry!!!:)
Baby Shower's galore:)
I threw a shower for my neighbor and friend, Kathryn on Wednesday. It turned out great and we had around 40 ladies overflowing my living room and kitchen. She got a a lot of darling little girl stuff and we had fun socializing. No game playing or anything like that, just food, presents and fun. I love baby showers but I must say I have one about once a week. I guess this is the time to be having babies. I have two this coming week and they happen to be at the same time. Their are about 25 ladies in my ward that have just had babies or are having one soon. I am just happy to report I am not one of those ladies, nor will I ever be!

Dinner with great friends!
Last night Sean and I went out to dinner with our good friends, Jen and Josh. We went to Stanley and Seafort in Tacoma. It was fun and we had a great time. I must say it was a little out of my price range for dinner but we were celebrating mine and Josh's birthday so it was worth it! I got a gift certificate for a pedicure from them(Thanks Jen!) and I can't wait to use it, which I will as soon as we(Jen and I) get back from taking our kids camping for 4 days without our husbands.

John Anderson from ESPN or my husband??
Sean has been mistaken for John Anderson off ESPN (or as my kids know him from, the show-Wipeout) quite a few times. Someone at the Y actually came up to him and asked him if he was really Jon Anderson. He had to disappoint him and tell him no. Then at church today someone told Sean he must be his twin. This has happened several times, so I will let you be the judge. I can maybe, kind of see a resemblance but not really!:)

A day at the park and more....
I took the kids to the park on Monday and met up with my friend Amy. The kids had a great time and we ended up staying for 2 hours. I had my 4 plus Meaghan, Aj and Ally that I watch.
I got a new camera so I was having fun taking pictures:)
Today Amy and Karina came over and we worked together to make 24 burp cloths with cute little cards. My sewing machine was used, although I can't say I was the one using it;)
This evening we went to Owen Beach to have our family pictures done by Amy. It iwas a little chaotic since it was my whole family so there was a total of 13 of us but we got through it. After we got back, we were getting ready for bed and the doorbell rang. This is what I found.:)
I am sure a lot of you know my neighbors, Ben and Anna.(We love them!) They were dressed up as pioneers for the big Dance Festival this weekend and they came to show me their attire. Not sure why Ben is wearing a dress but I am pretty sure he has another outfit planned for this weekend.

stuff this past week:)
I got a few more pictures of my wheel of fortune day. I still haven't gotten my call but I am patiently waiting:)
Kaylee went to Girl Scout camp last week and on Thursday we went out and watched her skit and had dinner there. It was fun but painfully long if you know what I mean!
Kaylee and Connor went with to Bainbridge Island with their dad and Stacey for the weekend and had a great time fishing and swimming and going to a family luau.

We still have a chance:)
The disappointing news is that I didn't get to try out for Wheel of Fortune. It was all a random draw and my name, and none of my friends names were picked. We still had a great time and it was fun to watch. I didn't get very good pictures but when I get some from the others I will add them on.

But the good news is we still have a chance! They pick a few random apllications from the stack of like 1000, and you go to the final auditions in Seattle. I am still holding out hope and I will be checking the mail daily to see if I got my letter saying I am one of the finalists! Who am I kidding? I never win anything!
